Today I meet with and greeted both Spanish and English speaking visitors to the facility that I am working at. I learned some new sports techniques related to sports rehabilitation from two of the german interns here and went to a market on the way back.

Today I was marshalling for a small competition so I was on the tee for most of the day. I met a elderly Spanish couple who told me a bit about the history of the island they also explained a few gold terms to me as I'm a novice when it comes to golf.
-Aaron- Today I went to the gym early and observed one of the main physios at T3, coaching a client who had a hip implant. He was doing exercises to help with the stabilisers and with the hip muscles itself as well as the muscles round it. He was after getting his hip done so this was also to help with the way he walked.
-Aonghus- Today we went to Siam park where we went on all the rides as it was a tourist attraction that the locals suggested to us and said that it would be something people our age that live over here do a lot. Overall it was very enjoyable.
-Aaron- Today we got to work in the swimming pool area where they have an Olympic sized swimming pool where Olympic athletes have come to train. We got hands on training in the maintenance of it and had lunch with the rest of the colleagues so overall it was a good day.
-Aonghus- Today we all went walking around the town,it was our day off so we went around the place and down to the beach. It was 27 degrees that day and we all laid out in the sun when we got back.
The placement I was given is at Golf del sur it's a 27 hole golf course. Currently they have me doing such things as marshall and looking after guests with drinks and food as well as looking after the golf course. The good thing is that you get to meet some interesting people, as a lot of them are retired and from the United Kingdom. This images above are from the first tee in the north part of the course.
